Blue Rodeo donates $10G to Music BC

Music BC, and indeed all arts and cultural organizations in the Pacific province have been severely – severely – hindered by cuts to the BC government budget allocations for cultural funding.

How severely? 100%. Music BC, the body working on behalf of BC singers, players, songwriters, producers, labels, etc. etc. gets ABSOLUTELY ZERO from the government.

Blue Rodeo has stepped up large and donated $10,000.00 to Music BC.

Blue Rodeo is embarking on a cross-Canada tour that will see them play 40+ dates in support of their new release, The Things We Left Behind, the band’s 12th studio recording. With 16 songs spread over two discs the new album is definitely the band's most ambitious offering.
