Stanfields are 'Best of Halifax'

The Stanfields are Halifax's best band, according to the annual Readers Poll from The Coast.

The magazine/website does the full best of food and drink, art, etc along with about 20 categories in music. Other music winners were Jenn Grant (Female Solo), Joel Plaskett (Male Solo, Album, Single (Through and Through and Through) Vinyl), Tupperware Remix Party (Best Act Hijinks, Best Dressed), In This Style (Best band to be blown away by), etc. etc.
