Here are the winners of the East Coast Music Awards:

The winning began Saturday night at Maxwell's, where New Brunswick's The Motorleague took home the Capri Cabaret Loud Recording of the Year for their album Black Noise.

On Sunday afternoon, just prior to the SOCAN Songwriter's Circle, three more awards were handed out. Prince Edward Island's Catherine MacLellan won Folk Recording of the Year for Water in the Ground, Halifax's Joel Plaskett won the MapleMusic Pop Recording of the Year for Three, and Prince Edward Island's Lennie Gallant won Roots/Traditional Solo Recording of the Year for If We Had a Fire.
